The first half is explanatory about why you should be eating this way and why the concept works. The characters are believable, the location charming, the victim vile and the culprit sympathetic. The dialogue is crisp and doesn't seem forced, the settings and characters are colorful, the plot moves along at a good pace and overall this story is one of the best I have come across since I got my kindle.
